Dishonored: Death of the Outsider – How to unlock the Side Effects Trophy/Achievement

Dishonored’s latest instalment — Death of the Outsider — is available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Like Dishonored and Dishonored II, Death of the Outsider is a darkly humorous journey through a strange world.

Through the five chapters of Death of the Outsider, there are multiple paths to take, secrets to find and of course, people to kill; or knockout if you prefer. In this series of guides, we’ll show you how to unlock Trophies/Achievements, find secret areas and more.

How to unlock the Side Effects Trophy

In Death of the Outsider, a popular drink amongst the Eyeless is Plagued Spirit. It looks to be a distilled rat drink, which is exactly as disgusting as it sounds. The citizens of Karnaca feel the same way and if you toss a bottle of Plagued Spirit at them you can make them vomit.

To unlock the trophy you’ll need to make at least three people vomit at once from one single bottle of Plagued Spirit. In the video above we show you one possible location, but there are plenty to find.

The most important thing is to have fun, while you make people spew.

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider is available now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
