Prime Video has dropped the first video for The Boys spinoff Gen V

Prime Video has given a first look at the upcoming The Boys spinoff series, Gen V. Set at “America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (run by Vought International), Gen V explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the school’s top ranking.”

Unveiled at CCXP in Brazil, Gen V stars Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi.

The first-look trailer also revealed Clancy Brown, Alexander Calvert, and Jason Ritter would appear in the series when it airs in 2023.

Gen V

Stars of The Boys, Jessie T. Usher, Colby Minifie, and P.J. Byrne, have also been announced as reprising their roles in Gen V. Gen V will see Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters as showrunners and executive producers with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg also executive producing.

The Boys recently finished up its third season on Prime Video which introduced Soldier Boy and saw Butcher and Huey taking Temp-V to gain their own powers.

Gen V will air on Prime Video in 2023.
