Sonic Frontiers and Harry’s Cafe de Wheels team up for the perfect snack on the run

What does Sonic the Hedgehog love even more than rings? Chili Dogs, of course, even my four-year-old son knows that! To celebrate the release of Sonic Frontiers, Sonic, SEGA and Harry’s Cafe de Wheels have teamed up for an epic collab.

Beginning yesterday (8 November 2022), fans can head into thirteen different Harry’s locations throughout Sydney to grab a special Sonic the Hedgehog deal. For $16.90 AUD, hungry fans will get “Sonic’s favourite Chilli dog, topped with Onion Rings and a Cybershake with a true-blue colour”

That’s not all, anyone who purchases a Sonic the Hedgehog deal can enter the competition for a chance to win some amazing prizes.

Darren MacBeth, Chief Hedgehog Wrangler and Managing Director at Five Star Games, distributor of Sonic videogames in Australia says: “The chilli dog is canonically Sonic’s favourite meal in a history spanning over thirty years of games, comics, movies and TV series. To partner one icon with another has been a wonderful opportunity, one we hope Eggman doesn’t mess up for the rest of us.”

Daniel Beuthner, Chilli Dog Excellence Overseer and CEO at Harry’s Café de Wheels says: “Sonic has a need for speed, and we’ve got the need to feed. It’s a match made in heaven… And what is better than grabbing Sonic’s Favourite dog from Harry’s who have been serving Famous Pies & Hot Dogs since 1945?”

Unfortunately, anybody outside of Sydney is out of luck when it comes to getting their hands on this deal. A representative from Five Star Games told PowerUp! that a suitable partner wasn’t available in Melbourne. *cries*

If you are in Sydney, why not give the Sonic deal from Harry’s a go and enter for the chance to win some awesome prizes? Gotta Go Fast though, the deal is only available until 11 December 2022.

Sonic Frontiers is now available.
