Ghostrunner now available on PS5 and Xbox Series S|X

Today, 505 Games and All In! Games have announced that Ghostrunner is now available on PS5 and Xbox Series S|X. The first-person “cyberpunk parkour action game” can be upgraded for free for owners of the PS4 and Xbox One versions.

On PS5 and Xbox Series S|X, Ghostrunner benefits from post-processing HDR, ray-tracing, 4K/120fps and 3D spatial audio. PS5 players will also be able to experience haptic feedback through the DualSense.

Current-gen versions include all game modes and photo mode. All cosmetics released until now are available in Jack’s Bundle on digital storefronts.

Ghostrunner

Having launched last year, Ghostrunner has seen a swathe of updates and playing on current-gen consoles gives players access to Kill Run Mode (Time Attack), Wave Mode (rogue-like inspired) and Assist Mode which grants an extra life, slows the action down and shortens ability cooldowns.

Ghostrunner’s original setting blends science-fiction and post-apocalyptic themes. Dharma Tower, humanity’s last shelter after a world-ending cataclysm, is torn by violence, poverty, and chaos. Thrown into the middle of the conflict, you must use your unique bond with technology to ascend the superstructure. Discover the story of a world that has already ended and whose inhabitants must fight to survive.

Ghostrunner is available today on PS5 and Xbox Series S|X. It’s also available on PC, PS4 and Switch.
