Hyper Scape open beta now available for PC

At Ubisoft Forward today, Ubisoft has announced that Hyper Scape is now in open beta, globally, on PC. The open beta will be available Uplay and will include two special, limited-time modes.

Hyper Scape is Ubisoft’s Battle Royale and will be free-to-play on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It includes some unique gameplay features and changes to the genre to make it stand out from the crowd.

It’s main point of difference is its Crown Rush, which sees a player able to win, by holding the Crown long enough.

In addition to Crown Rush, two additional Limited Time modes will be playable during the Open Beta as well as one new Hack and one new weapon. Anyone playing during the Open Beta will receive a free 30 tier Battle Pass.

Everything unlocked during the Open Beta — all items and cosmetics — will be retained for the full game and as Hyper Scape features cross-save, you’ll be able to use those items on any platform going forward.

Hyper Scape’s Open Beta is now avaialable.
