Ubisoft has announced, hobbies are now available in The Crew 2. Added to the latest free update, Inner Drive, Hobbies are a brand-new feature. Hobbies in The Crew 2 reward players for completing activities. Activities need to be completed in specific ways in order to count.

For example, there are three Hobbies players can unlock rewards from;

  • The Collector: From fame to performance parts, players can collect all of the items The Crew 2 offers
  • The Explorer: Drivers trek from coast to coast, visiting attractions, and discovering secrets all over the United States
  • The Racer: Players must find the perfect path, outpace their opponents and reach the top of the leaderboards

Inner Drive has also been updated with Touring Bikes. This is a new vehicle category which has been added to the Touring discipline. Players will have a new way to explore and to tackle their Touring events.

Rewards available by completing Hobbies include emotes, avatar outfits and vehicles.

Completing actions will award you Stars towards the Hobby in question, and you can see how many Stars are needed for each reward on the left-hand side of the interface.

There are two different types of actions: Weekly and Lifetime. Weekly actions are time-limited and will rotate to provide regular variety in your Star-hunting. Lifetime actions are persistent.

You can check out Hobbies as part of Inner Drive in The Crew 2 now.
