Get ready for the final Kingdom Hearts 3 battle with a brand-new trailer

Square Enix has released the Kingdom Hearts 3 final battle trailer. This new trailer gives fans a look at some of the awesome Kingdom Hearts 3 battle sequences, summons and combat, while also showing how the story is set to wrap up.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is set to be the final chapter in the ongoing Xehanort story and picks up right after Dream Drop Distance. It will include new worlds and, as the new trailer confirms, Riku will be a playable character.

This trailer is sure to make fans even more excited for Kingdom Hearts 3 and make the wait for release even longer.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Battle

The first half of the trailer shows us plenty of Kingdom Hearts 3 battle sequences and the Disney worlds players will explore. We see;

  • Frozen
  • Ratatouille
  • Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Tron
  • Toy Story
  • Tangled
  • Winnie the Pooh
  • Lilo and Stitch and more

We get a good look at some of the special moves in the game. The Ratatouille summon looks especially fun with the giant Eifell Tower and frying pan taking out enemies.

At around the 1:06 minute mark, you can see that Riku is playable. It’s brief, but it’s confirmation that he’s there. The trailer also shows plenty of minigames and dives into the story in the latter half.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming to PS4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019.
