Assassin’s Creed: Origins introduces you to the Game of Power

Ubisoft wasted no time during Gamescom in showing off Assassin’s: Creed Origins and its new features.

In the video above, we’re treated to some gorgeous gameplay footage that focuses on the growing tensions between  Cleopatra, Julius Caesar and the Pharaoh of Egypt, Ptolemy XIII. These three figures are central to Origins’ narrative and Bayek will need to tread lightly if he has any hope of succeeding in protecting his people.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins is set in Ancient Egypt and pre-dates the Templar Order. Bayek will come up against a secret cabal, the Templar forerunners amongst other threats.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 27, 2017.
