In a tweet yesterday, along with a mass of Mass Effect: Andromeda news, Major Nelson revealed that Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 would both be available via backwards compatibility on Xbox One.
Both titles join the original Mass Effect which became available via backwards compatibility last year.

Be advised that both titles will only be compatible with the disc-based versions and digitally downloaded copies of the games won’t be available.
