Mods finally coming to Fallout 4 on PS4

Bethesda has noted today that mod support is finally coming to PS4.

It was announced at E3 that mod support would be coming to both consoles, but the PS4’s support has not yet been enabled. It has been a difficult road for the developer as Sony won’t allow any external assets to appear in-game by way of mods.

The same is true of Skyrim, which unfortunatley means PS4 players will miss out on the amazing mod — The Forgotten City — created by Australian Nick Pearce.

The patch notes for update 1.8 are here.

Fallout 4 is available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
