World of Final Fantasy gets a demo next week

World of Final Fantasy is coming to PS4 and PS Vita at the end of October, but today, Square Enix has announced that a playable demo will be available next week.

From October 17, a free demo will be available to download from the PlayStation Store which will give players a chance to experience Lann and Reynn in Lilikin and Jiant forms, meet a range of mirages and cross paths with the likes of Lightning and Cloud.

The demo isn’t just about getting acquainted with World of Final Fantasy though. Players who manage to complete the demo will unlock  Magitek Armour P in the full version on release.

The above video shows the opening cinematic for the title which has heroes Reynn and Lann step into Grymoire as they begin their quest.

World of Final Fantasy will be available for PS4 and PS Vita on October 28, 2016.
