Construction Simulator 2 now available on Switch

As of today, you can play Construction Simulator 2 on your Nintendo Switch. Released digitally, via the eShop, Construction Simulator 2 on Switch is a port of the tablet and smartphone version of the game. This is the first time Switch players will have the chance to “proving their skills as a building contractor in the fictional US state of Westside Plains while controlling heavy construction machinery.”

Construction Simulator 2 features more than 40 licensed vehicles and machines. All of these machines have been carefully recreated in-game and feature brands like Caterpillar, Liebherr, Palfinger, Bell Equipment, STILL, ATLAS, Mack Trucks, Meiller Kipper and Kenworth.

Some of the machines available in the game are the “Cat D8T crawler tractor, the 430F2 backhoe or the 745C dump truck, Palfinger’s PK 27002 SH loading crane, Liebherr’s 81K tower crane and LTM 1300 mobile crane, ATLAS’ L310 wheel loader and Bell Equipment’s B45E dump truck, as well as the T880 from Kenworth.”

Construction Simulator 2 has been designed to work just as well in TV and handheld modes and gives players more than 60 jobs to complete. Some of the jobs include repairs, rebuilding, gardening work and constructing brand new buildings.

It’s available now on the eShop for $30 AUD.
