Hisense Australia is bringing its 100-inch 4K Laser TV to Australia

Hisense Australia has announced that it’s bringing the incredible 100-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart Dual Colour Laser TV with HDR to Australian consumers. This TV is one of a kind in Australia and uses Hisense’s X-Fusion Laser Light Engine to “display a wide array of colours and hues with impressive accuracy, high purity and saturation to set a new standard in home cinema.”

The 100-inch Laser TV from Hisense comes with a built-in TV tuner and streaming apps. This alone is enough to set the 100-inch Hisense Laser TV apart from other projectors, but that’s not all.

This TV combines “cinema-grade” tech with a seamless and easy set-up to make it an incredibly attractive proposition for those wanting a dedicated home cinema.

Hisense Laser TV

This TV doesn’t come cheap though. At $19,999.00 AUD (including delivery and white-glove installation) the 100-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart Dual Colour Laser TV with HDR is for people serious about home cinema.

Head of Marketing for Hisense Australia, Andre Iannuzzi said;

To date, Australians have never been offered a television of this calibre. This extra-large, 100-inch offering reimagines the TV experience and delivers a new type of cinema at-home with its breathtaking resolution, stunning detail and incredible vibrancy.

Globally, Hisense has invested heavily in the research and development of its proprietary laser technology, and the result is a truly innovative and exceptional premium TV – one that provides an unparalleled at-home cinema experience, and, of course, more screen than ever before.

Hisense’s X-Fusion Laser Light Engine uses “two independent lasers” and also supports HDR10. The TV also uses MEMC and Smooth Motion Plus tech to ensure that the images displayed are super smooth and crystal clear.

Sound from the unit is powered by JBL Cinema Sound and includes award-winning dbx-tv technology and a wireless subwoofer. Finally, the in-built tuner and smart TV functions mean that users can easily switch from free-to-air TV to Netflix, Stan or YouTube without needing additional peripherals.

White-glove installation is available to customers in Metro areas of VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA and means that you can kick back and wait while the installation is completed for you. The display is a thin, lightweight 100-inch screen that hangs without the need for cables. The TV’s console weighs 1/10th that of a comparable LED TV and needs to be only 20-30cm from the wall.

According to Hisense, watching a 100-inch LED TV requires viewers to sit at least 9m back. However, viewers can sit only 4m from the 100-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart Dual Colour Laser TV with HDR with less “viewer fatigue.” Best of all, the anti-reflective screen means that the TV works even without a darkened room.

The 100-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart Dual Colour Laser TV with HDR is available from JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and The Good Guys.
