Chadwick Boseman stars in 21 Bridges as a cop hunting two cop killers

21 Bridges, starring Black Panther’s Chadwick Boseman, is coming to cinemas in October. Boseman plays NYPD detective Andre Davis who puts the entire city of New York into lockdown, closing all 21 bridges into and out of Manhattan. Davis is leading a manhunt for a duo of cop killers while dealing with the fallout of uncovering a massive conspiracy.

According to Roadshow;

As the night unfolds, lines become blurred on who he is pursuing, and who is in pursuit of him. When the search intensifies, extreme measures are taken to prevent the killers from escaping Manhattan

21 Bridges

21 Bridges is being directed by Brian Kirk who has directed Game of Thrones and Luther. It also stars Sienna Miller, Stephan James, Keith David with Taylor Kitsch and J.K. Simmons.

Produced by the Russo Brothers, 21 Bridges looks like a great throwback the cops and criminals movies of the late 90s/early 2000s.

21 Bridges will be released on October 24, 2019.
