Feast your eyes on some new Crash Team Racing Screenshots

Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled isn’t far away now but that doesn’t mean there aren’t still things to be announced.

Activision has recently revealed that, for the first time, players will be able to customise their karts in all manner of ways. Players will have the option to “mix and match kart bodies, wheels, paint jobs, stickers, and even add decals to karts.”

In addition to customising karts, players can also customise their characters.

According to Activision and developer Beenox;

This will allow players to adorn their characters with a zany sense of swag and personality – Boo-ya!

Also new to the CTR experience are unique podium animations available to certain skins making celebrating victories even more amazing. And if that wasn’t enough, characters from Crash Nitro Kart will be available in the new game

Customisation items will be earned by playing Adventure Mode and by collecting Wumpa Coins. Finally, Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled will feature Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes.

In the gallery above you can see some Crash Team Racing screenshots that show off the customisations options available. You can see them in action in the video below.

Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled will be available for PS4, Switch and Xbox One on June 21, 2019.
