Microsoft has announced today that it has teamed up with the ASUS Republic of Gamers to host League of Legends tournaments. The tournaments will take place at Microsoft Stores across Australia, Canada, Puerto Rico and the United States.
In Australia, the events will be held weekly at the flagship Microsoft Store in Sydney. From September 2 through September 25, anyone can participate in the tournament. There is no skill requirement and gamers of all types are encouraged to come along.
The games will be played on high-end Windows 10 ROG G752VS gaming laptops with ROG Gladius mice, Whetstone mouse pads and HyperX Cloud II headsets. Interested players can sign-up here. For the Sydney event specifically, head here to sign-up.
Competitors will also get to experience Leauge Unlocked with all champions and over 100 skins available to choose during the event. Players with League of Legends accounts will earn an extra 20 percent IP and 50 percent XP.
Prizes will also be up for grabs including;

- Swag; or
- Triumphant Ryze skin
