PSA: Infinite Warfare beta codes are redeemed on Call of Duty’s site, not PSN

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s beta on PS4 begins today, but some people are finding that their codes aren’t working.

The issue isn’t the codes themselves, but how and where fans are trying to redeem them. The beta codes that are 13-digits in length need to redeemed on the Call of Duty website. The 12-digit codes are exclusive to PS4 and need to be redeemed on the PlayStation Store.

Unfortunately, at the time of writing the website seems to be suffering technical issues and not letting any new users register for an Activision account. Additionally, the demand for the beta seems to be at outweighing the servers’ capability and restricting players from getting into games.

Keep trying and let us know how you go.
