PlayStation 5 exclusive and destroyer of many controllers Returnal is getting a free update later this year that will add co-op to the campaign. The Ascension update will see you, and a friend, attempt a gruelling climb of a mystical new tower. There are also hints at new weapons and story morsels for fans of this uniquely dark action game to uncover.
Returnal’s Ascenion Update Adds Co-op
The update is slated for release on March 22nd and will be free for all Returnal players. In the above trailer, we get a glimpse of the new map that features a sick looking tower ripped straight from Hell itself apparently.
