Sony announces three new special edition DualShock 4 controllers

Three new DualShock 4 colours are launching in Australia in October. Sony made the announcement today while also announcing that the Sunset Orange DualShock 4 would be coming back for a limited time.

The Sunset Orange DualShock 4 was released back in March this year and promptly sold out. Fans will be excited to know that the Sunset Orange DualShock 4 will be available from September 18 for a limited time.

How limited? Sony isn’t saying, but if you’re keen for one, you might want to pre-order.

New DualShock 4 Colours

The new DualShock 4 colours are detailed as below;

  • Blue Camouflage
  • Berry Blue
  • Copper

Blue Camouflage is a combination of blue and black and features a special silhouette of the DualShock 4 as part of the camo pattern.

Berry Blue is a bright combination of the top colour and a deep purple and Copper is part of the metallic range of DualShock 4s.

It will appear alongside Gold, Silver and Steel Black on October 30. Blue Camouflage will be available from October 12 and Berry Blue will launch on October 23.

Each of the new DualShock 4 controllers will retail for $99.95 AUD.
