Dishonored: Death of the Outsider – How to Unlock the Golden Locks Trophy

Dishonored’s latest instalment — Death of the Outsider — is available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Like Dishonored and Dishonored II, Death of the Outsider is a darkly humorous journey through a strange world.

Through the five chapters of Death of the Outsider, there are multiple paths to take, secrets to find and of course, people to kill; or knockout if you prefer. In this series of guides, we’ll show you how to unlock Trophies/Achievements, find secret areas and more.

How to unlock the Golden Locks Trophy

In Chapter 2, in Shan Yun’s house, you have the chance to steal one of his most precious possessions. A golden audiograph with a recording of one of his famous songs. Shan Yun keeps his special goodies in a room with an electrified floor.

To unlock the trophy, you need to steal the audiograph without shutting off the electricity. It sounds difficult, but it’s actually really easy. The room that houses Shan Yun’s possessions is on the 2nd floor of the house, behind double doors.

To get the audiograph you’ll need to open the double doors, shoot the cabinet in the centre of the room with a Voltaic dart and then use Displace to relocate into the cabinet. Once inside, grab the audiograph and the trophy is yours.

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider is available now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
