Watch the cinematic intro for Battlefield 1’s Through Mud and Blood campaign

More video for Battlefield 1 has come out of TwitchCon. Yesterday we saw 12-minutes of the Storm of Steel prologue while today, EA and DICE has seen fit to furnish us with the opening cinematic of the Through Mud and Blood campaign.

The official Battlefield 1 website describes the campaign as;

In the autumn of 1918, British forces prepare for a mass assault on the town of Cambrai, France. With tank support, Allied Command believes a breakthrough is a certainty. But the Mark V tank has one major flaw: it is not reliable. Join a dysfunctional tank crew who battle their way behind enemy lines as they learn to work together.

If you’d like to avoid spoilers it’s probably best to avoid the video above, but if you’re not too fussed then fill your boots.

Battlefield 1 will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One from October 21.
