Nobunaga’s Ambition’s Civil and Council systems revealed

Grand Strategy title Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension is coming to PC and PS4 later this month. Koei Tecmo has now revealed the civic strategic options available to players.

In the title, players own and control their own domain, which begins relatively small. Over time, and with careful management, players can become Lord of the Castle. As they rise through the ranks, new opportunities will open, including the ability to use Civic Development on a broader level.

Small settlements can be converted into cities, but the details are the player’s to decide. Settlements can either be militarised or used for agricultural purposes. Successful domains will make use of appropriate facilities, with three variations available; Production, Dedicated and Military.  Each facility earns resources for the player; Production increases gold, lumber etc, Dedicated improves citizens satisfaction and Military provides new soldiers and weaponry.

Land is a finite resource in Sphere of Influence so players will have to choose their construction wisely. Land will also need to be cleared for construction which in turn will reveal new resources and plots.

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension will be available for PC and PS4 on October 28, 2016.
